We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at Lexus Gabriel St-Laurent. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their purchasing process and providing them with an unparalleled experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming customers to the dealership and understanding their vehicle needs by offering tailored solutions.
  • Presenting the complete range of new and used Lexus vehicles, highlighting the unique features and advantages of each model.
  • Proactively following up with potential and existing customers, cultivating long-lasting relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • Participating in promotional events and activities to enhance the visibility of our dealership and attract new customers.
  • Collaborating closely with service and finance teams to ensure a complete and seamless customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of listening.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player in a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the automotive industry and luxury vehicles.
  • Proficiency in French, and knowledge of English would be an asset.
