We are looking for a person to join our sales department.
We are seeking a sales representative to fill a position in our team. Join our Joliette branch, which is the largest BRP center in Lanaudière.
Lapointe Sports is part of the Groupe St-Jean, which comprises 5 automotive dealerships and a team of 250 passionate individuals working together towards a common goal: to serve our loyal customers well.
Responsibilities:
• Promote our various new and used vehicle models, highlighting their features and benefits. • Provide prompt and adequate responses on online shopping platforms. • Identify and analyze customer needs to guide them towards suitable solutions. • Close sales by ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to convey accurate and useful information. • Actively participate in sales events.
Required Qualifications:
• Passion for the recreational sector and a desire to learn and grow with us. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to create digital and video content to inspire our online community is an asset. • Ability to work as part of a team while being autonomous in a dynamic environment. • Sales experience, while not necessary, will be considered an asset. • Customer satisfaction-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
