Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on our range of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, focusing on their needs and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring proactive follow-up and cultivating long-term loyalty.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives for potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective strategies and a customer-centered approach.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information on features, benefits, and related services.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or luxury retail sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to establish lasting business relationships and work independently as well as in a team.
- Results-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of automotive products and their specifics is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
