Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs.
- Present and demonstrate the features of Ford vehicles.
- Provide information on financing and insurance options.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by offering excellent after-sales service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of Ford products is an asset.
- Results-oriented with a desire to achieve sales goals.
