Partial Job Description for Used Vehicle Sales Manager: The individual will be responsible for operating the used vehicle department in all its aspects: evaluating trade-ins, marketing, maximizing sales volume and profitability, rigorous inventory management, sourcing, and collaborating with other departments, all while adhering to the company's values of transparency and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles
- Market used vehicles physically and on various platforms (website, social media, auction, etc.)
- Attend training on our products on a regular basis
- Supervise and guide advisors on the use of the CRM
- Follow up with customers and assist advisors in their transactions
- Collaborate effectively with the dealership's BDC
- Work in collaboration with all departments
- Fill in for the new vehicle department manager in their absence
- Ensure strict inventory sourcing and rotation
- Keep certain specific reports regarding the department's operations
Desired Qualities:
- Strong knowledge of the used vehicle market, continuously keeping up with developments.
- Relevant experience in managing a used vehicle department.

- A team player who understands the need for collaboration to move forward.
- Bilingual (an asset)
- Knowledge of technologies (Serti, Merlin, Vauto, social media, etc.) is a plus
- Rigorous work ethic
Prerequisites:
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years or more of experience as a used vehicle sales manager
