Job schedule
40h - Variable hours
Welcome and advise customers according to the company's standards;
Detail vehicles and recommend products that meet the needs and expectations of customers;
Answer questions and reassure customers;
Perform test drives;
Ensure regular and quality follow-ups with customers.
Manage transactions in the new vehicle department ("DESKING", "T.O.");
Assist sales advisors in closing transactions;
Participate in the training of new sales advisors;
Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
Collaborate in the design of improvement programs for sales advisors who have difficulty achieving their goals;
Collaborate in vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
Stay informed about new products, current programs, and promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
Maintain a customer development system;
Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.

Desired profile
Experience in automotive sales - new vehicles (Mandatory)
DEP in sales consulting (an asset);
Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, at an intermediate-advanced level to serve both English-speaking and French-speaking customers;
Dynamic and persuasive;
Desire to provide exceptional customer service;
Must hold a valid driver's license.
Volume and commissions can reach up to $100,000 annually!
