- Managing customer inquiries, both by phone and in person, with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with the sales team to support daily activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining customer databases and diligently following up on customer records.
- Preparing and organizing sales reports, ensuring that all information is up to date and accessible.
Desired profile:
- Degree in administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial role, ideally in the automotive industry or in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and sales management software.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
