Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and respond to their inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about our Subaru products and services.
- Assist the sales team with sales documentation, including drafting contracts and processing transactions.
- Keep customer records up to date and ensure the accuracy of information in our management system.
- Coordinate customer appointments with our salespeople and service technicians.
- Participate in the preparation of necessary administrative documents for the smooth operation of the sales department.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (English is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer tools, including MS Office and sales management systems.
- Strong customer service skills and team spirit.
