We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Advisor to strengthen our team at Blainville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in building a trusting relationship with our customers, advising them on the necessary services and repairs for their vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs regarding vehicles and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Provide clear explanations about recommended repairs and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth communication of customer needs and service timelines.
- Monitor and manage quotes and parts orders while optimizing service efficiency.
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment, ensuring that the workshop meets safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant training in the automotive field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Customer service orientation and passion for the automotive industry.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
