As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Analyzing customer needs and providing recommendations regarding vehicles and services tailored to their expectations.
- Diagnosing technical issues on vehicles and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Being the main point of contact for customers regarding technical questions and service requests.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team and workshop to ensure smooth and quality service.
- Keeping up-to-date with knowledge of new products and technologies from Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a technical role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC products and services is an asset.
- A positive attitude and customer service orientation.
