Annual salary up to $80,000 depending on your performance. Base salary plus commissions. We offer:

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a service advisor; Excellent customer service skills; Bilingualism to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers and properly address their needs (an asset).
Good computer skills (a plus); Sales skills; Knowledge of Ford products (a significant asset). Job Summary:
Greet customers and gather the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Sell maintenance services according to the customer’s needs while ensuring quality customer service. Maintain thorough follow-up of customer files.
