As a service advisor, you will play a key role in our customers' after-sales experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Listening carefully to customers' concerns and proposing suitable solutions.
- Assessing vehicle repair and maintenance needs, providing accurate technical advice.
- Collaborating with the technician team to ensure prompt and quality service.
- Managing appointments and ensuring proactive follow-up with customers.
- Contributing to maintaining a positive, customer-oriented work environment.
We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector. Desired qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of automotive repair systems and Kia products would be an asset.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
