Alex Pneu et Mécanique, a well-established company located at 5500 Papineau since 1980, is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team.
The position involves acting as the link between customers and technicians, providing a service that is professional, transparent, and efficient.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and courtesy, assessing their mechanical and tire needs.
- Open work orders and follow up with the shop foreman.
- Clearly explain the recommended work to the customer.
- Periodically follow up on work that was originally refused by the customer.
- Manage phone calls and appointments.
Profile Sought:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (mechanical workshop or dealership).
- A passion for automobiles and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
- Good organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology (sending SMS, chat, email, etc.).
Computer skills:
- Costar software (a significant asset).
- Microsoft Office Suite (an asset).
