WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT GRENIER CHRYSLER MONTREAL-EST!
Job Description:
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of loaner vehicles;
- Answer calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on ordered parts;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make requests related to extended warranty;
- Manage multiple IT platforms.
** Candidates with experience in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. **
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any position);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent job with a schedule of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), no weekends. The company provides you with a work uniform. Join a stable team within a rapidly growing company.
Salary: $65K TO $85K
