Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise our customers on the services offered, as well as necessary repairs for their vehicles.
- Perform technical diagnostics in collaboration with our technicians to assess customer needs.
- Prepare clear and precise quotes, explaining the recommended services and their costs.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining an atmosphere of trust and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Toyota products and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Technical knowledge of vehicles, particularly those of the Toyota brand, is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work as part of a team while being autonomous in the role.
- Open to candidates without experience, but with demonstrated potential or transferable experiences.
