Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality technical support to customers regarding our products and services,
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on vehicles,
- Collaborating with sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience,
- Training and sharing knowledge with team members,
- Participating in vehicle testing and reporting to ensure optimal performance.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry,
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills,
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy,
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly,
- A passion for automobiles and knowledge of Nissan products is a valued asset.
