We are looking for a passionate and qualified Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team within a leading company in the automotive sector, located in Repentigny. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to clients and partners, ensuring effective communication between the sales team and after-sales services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues raised by customers and sales teams.
- Providing expert advice on vehicle use and maintenance, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborating closely with product development teams to ensure that technical information is up-to-date and accurate.
