  • Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with customers to ensure their long-term loyalty.
  • Managing follow-ups on parts orders and ensuring all repairs are completed in the best possible timeframe.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Mazda vehicles and after-sales service practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high sense of customer service and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate closely with technicians.
