We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in the automotive sector, ideally in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Mazda vehicles and after-sales service practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high sense of customer service and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization.
- The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate closely with technicians.
