As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on Volkswagen vehicles.
- Providing expert advice to customers regarding the maintenance and repair of their vehicle.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure effective and high-quality repairs.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of automotive technologies.
Required qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team while being self-sufficient.
