At Saint-Jean Hyundai, we are looking for a passionate Technical Advisor who loves automobiles and wants to join a dynamic team within our state-of-the-art dealership.
As a Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding our clients in choosing vehicles that meet their needs. You will be the key point of contact, acting as an expert and ambassador for our brand. Your main tasks will include:
- Assessing customer needs and providing technical advice on our vehicles.
- Explaining the features and benefits of various models as well as associated options and services.
- Collaborating closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Addressing customer concerns and questions, providing tailored solutions.
- Conducting proactive follow-ups with customers to encourage loyalty.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles and automotive technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a keen sense of customer service.
- A team spirit and a strong motivation to achieve goals.
