Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival and gather information about their car.
Sell maintenance, lubrication, safety inspection services, and other similar services required by the manufacturer.
Accurately record issues related to the customer's car on the repair order.
Take into account previous service records and make recommendations regarding additional required repairs.
Prepare a detailed and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs.
Explain to customers the nature of the work performed and all associated costs.
Verify the extent of warranty coverage on the vehicle to be repaired before starting the work.
Notify the workshop dispatcher of the work to be carried out.
Requirements:
You must have experience in customer service and stand out for the service you provide.
Knowledge of the automotive field.
You must possess a driver's license.
