Job description

Terrebonne Ford, a dealership of choice on the North Shore of Montreal, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and assess their needs regarding technical services.
  • Provide recommendations and technical advice on the products and services offered by Terrebonne Ford.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure effective follow-up on requests and repairs.
  • Ensure that safety standards and industry regulations are complied with at all times.
  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing an exceptional experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry, preferably in customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and after-sales service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to build trustful relationships with customers.
