Technical Advisor We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!
Job Description
- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Answer calls and schedule appointments;
- Follow up on ordered parts;
- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Process requests related to extended warranty;
- Manage multiple computer platforms.
** Candidates with experience in all types of positions within the automotive industry are welcome. **
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive field (any type of position);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).
We offer a permanent job with a schedule of 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.
The company provides work uniforms. Join a stable team within a growing company.
Salary starting at $65,000/year.
