Service Center Manager
As a Service Center Manager, you will play an active role in your team's daily activities. You will help your team achieve success by being the go-to resource; together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the results obtained, and you will contribute to creating a spirit of collaboration that allows you to give your best. You will make a difference by adding your own touch to how things get done and by leading by example.

Overview of your role:
Your role is to take ownership of your service center and lead by example with your team members by building genuine relationships with your customers and being proud of your center’s performance.
You will continue to make a difference:
- by being the ambassador of your service center and ensuring that all customers are welcomed with the attention they deserve (you will dedicate 90% of your time to customer relations);
- by adding value for customers and finding ways to increase your center’s revenue;
- by leading a team with the goal of achieving results and strategically managing your employees' time, staying attentive to your team’s objectives, and asking for help when needed.
Your profile:
- You preferably have three years of management or team leadership experience. Sales experience would be an asset!
- You have an interest in teamwork and a concern for fostering the growth of people with exceptional potential.
- Challenges motivate you, and you see opportunity in every situation.
- Practical experience in the automotive sector is an asset but not a requirement.
