THE ROLE OF THE SERVICE DIRECTOR


The position of Service Director is of crucial importance within the organization of the after-sales service in an automobile dealership. As the Service Director or service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities and operations related to the after-sales service, whether it be in an independent repair shop, a franchise, or an automobile dealership. Your main mission will be to establish and maintain a strong connection between clients and the services offered, thereby ensuring the delivery of quality service during maintenance visits or repairs carried out on clients' vehicles.
