Mazda de Boucherville, a member of the Action-Grenier group, a major automobile dealership that is currently expanding on the South Shore of Montreal, is looking for a Service Department Manager. Are you passionate, dynamic, and do you have good skills in personnel management and continuous improvement? Come be a part of our team!
Main responsibilities:
• Manage the entire service department in collaboration with the General Manager;
• Handle human resources management and workforce planning (recruitment, training, and coaching);
• Set departmental goals and ensure follow-up;
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service;
• Know and apply warranty terms and manufacturer policies;
• Maintain a high-quality repair service;
• Implement methods and work structures that provide customer service quality and increased profitability;
• Oversee the application of health and safety standards in the workplace.
Job requirements:
• Experience as a Service Manager;
• Skills in personnel management;
• Bilingualism (an asset);
• Good leadership;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Good adaptability;
• Knowledge of the Serti software (an asset);
• Customer service and results-oriented.
