We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Director to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management of our service department, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service while achieving our performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise after-sales service operations, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators to improve service efficiency and profitability.
- Train, motivate, and coach a team of technicians, service advisors, and other staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Manage the department budgets and optimize operational costs while maintaining a high level of quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in this role.
- Strong knowledge of after-sales service operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions regarding operational strategy.
