We are looking for a workshop supervisor.
Summary Job Description
· Ensure that repairs are carried out correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians.
· Ensure that after-sales service consistently maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Tasks
· Understand the terms of warranties and manufacturer policies and ensure compliance;
· Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians fairly and justly;
· Provide technical support to technicians as needed;
· Ensure that repairs are accurately accounted for;
· Monitor the progress of each repair throughout the day;
· Maintain a high-quality repair service and minimize returns to the workshop;
· Conduct road tests on vehicles to verify the quality of work performed;
· Participate in managing service performance using tools such as daily operations control, efficiency and productivity monitoring, reports on workshop returns, warranty reports, phone or email surveys, and monthly forecasts;
· Monitor the condition of the workshop, including cleanliness, safety, and equipment status;
· Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and inventory of special tools.
Schedule:
Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Expected Hours: 40 per week
