We are looking for a passionate and experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team at BMW Montreal Center. If you are a natural leader with a solid background in the automotive industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee workshop activities to ensure efficient operations and optimal productivity.
- Manage a team of technicians while ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.
- Ensure the quality of repairs and maintenance performed on BMW vehicles, adhering to brand standards.
- Train and mentor team members on new technologies and service procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service and sales, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor workshop performance and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop.
- In-depth knowledge of BMW vehicles and associated service standards.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capacity to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Relevant degree or certification (CPA card, Class 1 Companion) in the automotive field.
