Credit Officer - Alternative Credit 2nd and 3rd Chance at Credit

Are you attentive to detail and have strong analytical skills?
We are looking for an alternative credit specialist for our second-chance credit department.
You possess:
- Experience in the automotive and/or financing field;
- Knowledge of auto loan practices and second-chance credit criteria;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Your responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ credit applications for non-traditional credit files;
- Analyze credit reports and financial documents;
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and propose suitable financing solutions;
- Negotiate financing terms with partner financial institutions;
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients throughout the financing process;
- Follow up on client files and maintain regular communication.
