We are looking for a Financial Director specialized in automotive financing, ideally in the context of second and third chance credit, to join our dynamic team at CAS Financing. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that facilitate access to financing solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' financial situations to propose the best financing options.
- Establish trusting relationships with clients while providing them with tailored financial recommendations.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure that credit offers are perfectly aligned with clients' expectations.
- Follow up on client files to ensure efficient management of granted financing.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal policies.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the financing or automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of credit programs, particularly for clients seeking second and third chances.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
