Under the supervision of the service director, the technical advisor welcomes clients and gathers the required information to identify and define their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs. Additionally, the technical advisor sells maintenance services and organizes the schedule for the execution of work while ensuring the quality of customer service.
Main responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome clients upon their arrival and gather information about their car; • Open and close work orders; • Communicate the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle; • Keep the client informed throughout the process about the progress of the work being done on their vehicle; • Explain the nature of the work performed and all associated costs to clients; • Advise clients on how to care for their car and emphasize the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's technical specifications; • Establish a trusting relationship with clients; • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction; • Perform any other related tasks as needed and requested by management.
Required qualifications:
• You have the right attitude; we will train you • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to propose, advise, and sell additional maintenance services to clients; • Positive and smiling attitude • Patient, calm, and a team player; • Knowledge of mechanics is an asset; • Computer skills and knowledge of the SERTI software (an asset); • Bilingualism; • Possession of a valid driver's license; • Any combination of training and experience will be considered
