Main responsibilities:
-
Carry out work procedures as indicated on repair orders efficiently and accurately according to the highest standards of the manufacturer and dealership;

Perform repairs on vehicles;

Work with other team members to achieve complete customer satisfaction mission;

Maintain close communication with the service consulting team when additional procedures are necessary or when repairs cannot be completed within prescribed deadlines;
-
Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;

Perform road tests to ensure quality control of the completed work.
Qualifications and required skills:
- One year of experience (or more) as a mechanic;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A strong teamwork work ethic;
- Hold a qualification card issued by the Joint Automotive Committee!
- Brake system maintenance and repair (hydraulic)
- Electrical / electronic diagnostic and repair
- Oil and filter change
- Suspension and steering repair
- Tires and wheels replacement
