As a Journeyman Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that every customer leaves our establishment safely and satisfied with our services. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately diagnosing technical and mechanical issues in vehicles.
- Performing repairs and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer standards.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient workflow in the workshop while meeting service deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following strict safety procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service by clearly and honestly explaining necessary repairs.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic/apprentice in a similar environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a great ability to solve technical problems.
- A diploma in automotive mechanics or an equivalent certification.
- Team spirit and attention to detail to ensure high-quality repairs.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes under pressure.
