In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various makes and models of vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Utilizing state-of-the-art tools and software to execute effective and timely repairs.
- Communicating with service advisors to explain repair issues and provide transparent service updates.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.
- Collaborating with fellow technicians to promote a supportive and efficient work environment.
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician in an automotive repair setting.
- A valid automotive technician certification or equivalent credentials. We are open to having an apprentice as well.
- Proficiency in diagnosing vehicle issues and executing repairs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
