Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle issues, including complex diagnostic work, in a timely manner while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations, ensuring customer vehicles operate at peak performance.
- Interpret diagnostic test results and provide accurate estimates of repair costs, maintaining transparency with customers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to address customer concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician in a dealership or automotive service environment.
- Relevant certification (e.g., ASE or equivalent) and a thorough understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and professionalism.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
