We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diagnostic Technician to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving issues on our clients' vehicles. Your technical skills and expertise will enable you to ensure quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth diagnostics on vehicles to identify technical problems.
- Interpret error codes and conduct performance tests to determine the causes of failures.
- Work closely with mechanics to ensure efficient and quick repairs.
- Document the work performed as well as recommendations for the client.
- Stay up to date on new technologies and trends in the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a diagnostic technician or in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including electronics, engines, and transmissions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to clients and team members.
- Relevant certification (e.g., DEP in automotive mechanics) would be an asset.
