As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Perform diagnostics on various Ford vehicles and other brands.
- Carry out mechanical and electronic repairs according to established safety and quality standards.
- Provide exemplary customer service by explaining the work completed and the necessary repairs to clients.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure optimal and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies and best practices in the industry.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in automotive mechanics or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a mechanic/technician, ideally in a dealership environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanical and electronic systems of modern vehicles.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service.
