At Giroux Mitsubishi, we are looking for a Chief Workshop Technician to join our dynamic team. As the technical leader within our workshop, you will be responsible for supervising and training the team of technicians while ensuring the quality and efficiency of automotive repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all workshop operations, ensuring precise and compliant execution of mechanical services.
- Train and mentor technicians to ensure high-quality interventions and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and solve complex issues on various models of Mitsubishi vehicles.
- Collaborate with customer service personnel to ensure effective communication and personalized service for customers.
- Manage parts inventory, ensuring that necessary supplies are available and well-organized.
- Maintain a safe work environment compliant with current regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific expertise in Mitsubishi vehicles being a plus.
- Automotive technician certification recognized by an institution or equivalent.
- Management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
