We’re looking for 310s Automotive Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This full-time, permanent role is based in our Kennedy Rd, Brampton, ON. location.

Base rate of $40.00/hour as a newly certified 310s Technician, with the potential to earn more depending on your experience and skill set. Plus a clearly defined path for career progression with wage increases along the way.

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
- Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
- Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
- Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.
Requirements
- Hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
- Experience with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
