About the role
Use hydraulic expertise maintaining cranes as an HD Mechanic near East Toronto, with weekday day-shift work and overtime available.
This HD Mechanic supports a crane technician maintenance and repair team within a small to mid-sized company. The work covers hydraulic systems, pumps, lines, hoses, brakes, electrical systems, and other crane components. Licensed 310T candidates are preferred, while boom truck experience adds value.
Bring 310T credentials, hydraulic systems knowledge, and crane repair experience to this East Toronto-area HD Mechanic position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair cranes from 0 to 500 tonnes
- Maintain and repair hydraulic pumps, lines, and hoses
- Service brakes, electrical systems, and other components
- Sign off repairs completed on trucks
- Complete minor to intermediate crane maintenance
Requirements
- 310T certification preferred
- Good hydraulics experience with pumps, lines, and hoses
- Crane maintenance experience from 0 to 500 tonnes
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Clear verbal and written English communication
