Job Description
Insight Global is hiring on behalf of our client for a 310T Technician in Timmins, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization and play a key role in maintaining and repairing trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty equipment and vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative maintenance services.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify potential mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Service department hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Workload may occasionally extend beyond regular hours, so flexibility is required.
Compensation
- Starting hourly rate of $40.00/hour.
- Higher compensation may be available for candidates with extensive industry experience and/or Cummins training or licensing.
Requirements
- 310T Certification.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working on heavy-duty equipment, trucks, or industrial machinery.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license.
- French-speaking ability is considered an asset but is not required.
- Cummins training and/or licensing is considered an asset.
