SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Your role
Saint-Laurent Hyundai is looking for an accounting clerk or technician to support our dealership’s accounting operations. You will help ensure financial transactions are carefully tracked and administrative processes related to sales and after-sales service run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Enter and file accounting documents.
- Process supplier invoices and track accounts payable.
- Assist with accounts receivable processing and account reconciliations.
- Review documents and transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare reports and assist with month-end tasks.
- Work with the dealership’s various departments to obtain and verify the information needed.
- Follow internal procedures and maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
Qualifications
- At least one year of relevant accounting experience.
- Training in accounting or administration is an asset.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and office software, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliability, discretion, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
