This advanced-level sales position supports DIY customers with automotive problem resolution, parts knowledge, and project assistance. You will provide GAS3 selling experiences across walk-in, online, and phone orders. The work also includes sourcing parts, operating diagnostic equipment, supporting inventory processes, and maintaining store standards.
Use advanced automotive knowledge, diagnostic ability, and sales expertise to deliver effective DIY parts solutions and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Resolve DIY automotive issues through identification and troubleshooting
- Provide GAS3 selling experiences across customer channels
- Manage testing, battery installation, and wiper installation services

Requirements
- Three to five years of automotive parts experience
