Job description
Job Description We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator for Joliette Ford Lincoln, a dealership part of Groupe St-Jean, located in Joliette. You will play a key role in coordinating service appointments to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all appointments for the service department.
- Respond to inquiries by phone and email, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
- Update customer records in the management system (CRM/DMS), and ensure information accuracy.
- Manage reminders, confirmations, and appointment changes in real time.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience and the reception process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership service department.
- Excellent communication skills in French.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and work as a team.
- Proficiency with computer tools and ability to use a CRM/DMS or planning software.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism in daily interactions.
