  • Assist sales advisors with transactions;
  • Sell or lease cars according to the dealership's customer satisfaction standards;
  • Assist the manager with administrative tasks and stand in for them in their absence. Main Tasks
  • Ensure that sales advisors follow up with customers;
  • Participate in training new sales advisors;
  • Contribute to identifying the training needs of the sales team;
  • Write reports on the progress of interns or new sales advisors during their training and probation periods;
  • Help the sales management set realistic monthly goals for each sales advisor;
  • Share responsibility with the sales management for planning team meetings;
  • Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
  • Approve transactions at the request of your superior;
  • Assist sales management with administrative tasks such as listing used vehicles on the dealership’s website, promotional sites, advertising, or inventory;
  • Keep abreast of new developments related to products, current programs, and promotions from the manufacturer and/or banking institutions;
  • Participate in planning and controlling the display of vehicles in the showroom and parking area;
  • Coordinate the snow removal team’s work. Sales-related Tasks
  • Advise on new and used cars according to the dealership's customer satisfaction standards;
  • Maintain a customer follow-up system that promotes customer satisfaction;
  • Maintain a customer development system;
  • Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales;
  • Attend training courses on products and customer support;
  • Keep informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers;
