Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealership in Montreal located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to supervise and energize our sales team and support the growth of our luxury vehicle fleet. You will work within a team passionate about Audi and the premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Director in daily operational planning and management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team (advisors and sales representatives), setting clear objectives and monitoring progress regularly.
- Participate in defining and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Oversee the customer experience in the showroom and during test drives, ensuring high-end service and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for the Sales Director; adjust action plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with parts and accessories, financing, and after-sales departments to optimize the offering and sales process.
- Ensure compliance with Audi standards, internal procedures, and safety standards.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating team members.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (training, tools, processes) to enhance commercial efficiency.
Profile
- Experience: minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or sales management role, preferably in the automotive or luxury sector.
- Leadership skills to unite and motivate a team; excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to analyze data and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software; knowledge of Audi models and electric SUVs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service; neat and professional presentation.
- Bilingual in French and English preferred; ability to communicate effectively with clients and internally.
- Availability to work flexible hours; team-oriented and adaptable.
