- Assist the Sales Manager with the department’s day-to-day operations
- Support the team in closing deals
- Train, coach, and motivate sales consultants
- Perform “TOs” (taking over with customers to close sales)
- Ensure leads are distributed and followed up on
- Support sales representatives during customer negotiations
- Ensure sales targets are met and the team performs well
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
- Management or leadership experience (a strong asset)
