Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealership in Quebec, located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager and maintain our level of excellence in after-sales service.
Your mission
- Ensure, alongside the Service Manager, the daily operational management of the after-sales department and the service center.
- Supervise service advisors and technicians, optimize task assignment and ensure the quality of work performed.
- Guarantee compliance with Audi procedures, safety standards and impeccable customer service.
- Plan and optimize schedules, manage priorities and streamline workflows, especially during peak periods.
- Participate in monitoring performance indicators (response time, productivity, repair rate, customer satisfaction) and propose areas for improvement.
- Develop the team’s skills through training, coaching and ongoing evaluation.
- Manage parts and accessories, orders and the service inventory to support maintenance and repair activities.
- Work in collaboration with other departments (Sales, Parts, Quality) to provide a consistent and memorable customer experience.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or supervision in an automotive service.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset; ability to solve problems quickly and calmly.
- Knowledge of workshop management tools and systems; knowledge of Audi standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a bilingual environment (French and English).
- Analytical mindset, administrative rigor and sense of responsibility.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience; motivation to grow in a premium-brand context.
