About the role

Assured Automotive is seeking a committed Auto Body Apprentice to join our team. You will shadow a licensed technician, gain hands-on experience, and assist with vehicle repairs. Your responsibilities include executing repairs per quality standards and being an integral part of achieving our KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Repair vehicles according to insurance and quality standards
- Inspect and disassemble vehicles to assess damages
- Repair minor body panel damages and replace parts
- Reassemble vehicles after repairs and inspect completed work
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in Auto Body Repair
- One year of Auto Body Technician experience
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG)
- Valid driver’s license and personal toolbox
